The prices displayed on the Site are authoritative. They are in Canadian dollars and may change at any time; the price that applies to your agreement is the one confirmed in your quote or contract. The Site's content is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer.

2.3 Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, logo, graphic elements, mockups and structure — belongs to Essentiel PME or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos (including advertising platforms) belong to their respective owners.

We strive to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but Essentiel PME does not warrant that the content is error-free or that the Site will be available without interruption. 3.2 Information we collect

  • What you provide: name, email, phone number, business name and details of your request, when you fill out a form or write to us.
  • What is collected automatically: browsing data (pages visited, duration, device type, truncated IP address) through cookies and measurement tools described in section 4.

3.3 Purposes

We use your information only to: respond to your requests and prepare quotes; deliver and invoice our services; measure and improve the Site and our campaigns; and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.

3.4 Consent

By providing your information, you consent to its use for these purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will act on your request promptly.

3.5 Disclosure to third parties

Your information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, newsletters, audience measurement, advertising platforms such as Google and Meta). If you are dissatisfied with how your request is handled, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

3.8 Confidentiality incidents

In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the persons concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential: required for the Site to function.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising: the Meta pixel and Google Ads tags, to measure our campaigns and deliver relevant ads.

5. Governing law

The Site and these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
